BREATHE TO THRIVE: PRIVATE 1:1 BREATHWORK PROGRAM Deepen your practice. Transform your life. Reconnect with your true nature. Ready to go deeper? This program is for those who are truly ready to commit to their wellness, growth, and transformation. Work 1:1 with The Breath Nurse over the course of six or twelve weeks online in a fully personalized container designed to support your long-term well-being. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or lasting change, this immersive experience provides the structure, guidance, and support you need to breathe fully into the next version of you. Choose from three levels of support based on how deeply you want to go. All sessions are personalized, trauma-informed, and crafted around your unique needs and intentions. Payment plans available upon request. All sessions must be used within 3 months, with flexibility for travel or vacation. < TIER 1: SESSIONS + PERSONALIZED RESOURCES > A strong foundation for transformation. Ideal for those ready to commit to consistent breathwork and gentle integration support. Includes: -Six private 1:1 breathwork sessions (weekly or biweekly) -One 90-minute deep dive session to set your foundation -Personalized extras: session recordings to keep, curated playlist access, guided meditations, and other practices/exercises tailored to you Investment: $1,400 < TIER 2: FULL SUPPORT + ACCOUNTABILITY > For those who want ongoing coaching, accountability, and real-time support to stay aligned between sessions. Includes everything in Tier 1, PLUS: -Weekday text support with voice/text coaching to help you stay grounded, clear, and supported (Monday–Friday) -Daily or weekly check-ins based on your preferences for accountability and planning Investment: $2,900 < TIER 3: ALL-IN EXPERIENCE + VIP DAY > Your most immersive option- a high-touch, high-transformation container designed to guide you through deep change and expansion. Includes everything in Tier 1 & 2, PLUS: -A full VIP Day in Asheville: A luxurious, curated day of deep healing and embodiment, including personalized breathwork and coaching, your choice of massage or private sound bath or Reiki, delicious meals, intentional reflection, and a special gift bag. Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Services By booking a services with The Breath Nurse, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Refund Policy All payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Once services are provided, no partial or full refunds will be issued. Cancellation and Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule a session, please do so via your original booking confirmation, your account, or by contacting The Breath Nurse at hello@thebreathnurse.com. With the exception of VIP Day experiences and experiences requiring travel, all bookings must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within this 24-hour window, your booking will be considered final and non-refundable. VIP Day experiences and those requiring travel outside of the Asheville by The Breath Nurse require 48-72 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late Cancellations and No Shows If you do not cancel or reschedule within the required time frame, your booking will be subject to a nonrefundable or partially refundable charge at the sole discretion of The Breath Nurse. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
