Longer formats allow for a full conscious connected breathwork journey with grounding, intention-setting, and integration. Each session is personalized to your group, with optional aromatherapy and sound healing included for in-person gatherings. For Asheville events, yoga mats are provided for up to 20 participants. Online groups receive the same care and guidance in a virtual format.
