Service Details
PRIVATE 1:1 BREATHWORK 60 minutes | Online via Zoom Personalized breathwork sessions to help you slow down, reset your system, and make meaningful, sustainable shifts in how you feel, function, and live. We’ll begin with a brief check-in to explore where you are, how you’ve been feeling, and what you’d like support with. From there, I’ll guide you through a customized breathwork session with a personalized playlist and grounded support throughout. Breathwork can support stress relief, emotional regulation, clarity, energy, and a stronger connection with yourself. It can also help you create more space between what you’re feeling and how you respond. Depending on what’s present, our time together may include reflection and coaching around stress patterns, lifestyle rhythms, boundaries, transitions, your home environment, and small shifts that can support your well-being outside the session. The breathwork is the center of the work. The conversation before and after helps you understand what’s coming up and how to bring it into real life. Your breath is medicine. Each session offers the dose you’re meant to receive. No prior breathwork experience is necessary. Please allow up to 75 minutes for your full session. INVESTMENT < Single Session | $350 > Best for focused support, stress relief, clarity, emotional release, or returning to the breath when you need it. < The Foundation Series | $1,300 > - Includes four private 1:1 breathwork sessions. - For clients who want consistency, support, and enough space to create momentum over time, especially during stress, burnout, transition, or emotional patterns. - Sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase. < The Signature Series | $2,400 > - Includes eight private 1:1 breathwork sessions. - My signature private breathwork offering for clients who are ready for a more personalized process over time. This series gives us space to build consistency, notice patterns, support meaningful changes, and let each session build on the last. - Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase. < Monthly + Every-Other-Month Tune-Ups | $225 / $250 > Available for past or current clients who want ongoing support, integration, and reconnection. PLEASE NOTE: - Must be 18+ and in good health to participate. - Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. - Sessions are not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment planning. - Packages do not include between-session messaging or coaching support.
Cancellation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SERVICES By booking a service with The Breath Nurse, you agree to the following terms and conditions. REFUND POLICY All payments for services and digital products are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided, no partial or full refunds will be issued. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING To cancel or reschedule a session, please do so through your original booking confirmation, your account, or by contacting: hello@thebreathnurse.com. Private 1:1 sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be considered final and non-refundable. Private group, retreat, corporate, team, and custom experiences may require additional notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Specific terms will be provided with your custom quote, invoice, or booking confirmation. TRAVEL-BASED SERVICES For in-person services requiring travel, travel expenses may include airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and other necessary travel-related costs. Any non-refundable travel expenses already booked or paid for are the responsibility of the client or event organizer, even if the service is canceled or rescheduled. If travel arrangements have already been made, the client may be responsible for reimbursing any non-refundable or change-related costs. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS If you do not cancel or reschedule within the required time frame, or if you do not attend your scheduled session, your booking may be considered final and non-refundable. Any exceptions, credits, partial refunds, or rescheduling accommodations are made at the sole discretion of The Breath Nurse. CUSTOM QUOTES & INVOICES Private group, retreat, corporate, team, and custom experiences are confirmed only after the details have been reviewed and agreed upon. Pricing, payment deadlines, cancellation terms, travel fees, and any additional requirements may vary based on the service, location, group size, preparation, and event format. AGREEMENT By confirming your booking or paying an invoice, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
