PRIVATE GROUP + RETREAT BREATHWORK Customized Sessions | Online or In Person by Request Custom breathwork experiences for private groups, retreats, wellness events, family and friend gatherings, and meaningful celebrations. Private group breathwork is a powerful way to create space for stress relief, mental clarity, emotional regulation, reflection, connection, and whole-being support in a shared setting. Each experience is thoughtfully designed around your group, event, retreat theme, or intention. Depending on the group and setting, sessions may support rest, renewal, creativity, clarity, life transitions, emotional regulation, or simply give participants space to slow down and reconnect with themselves and each other. My facilitation style is grounded, warm, trauma-informed, and rooted in both my background as a Registered Nurse and my experience guiding breathwork since 2021. No prior breathwork experience is necessary. REQUEST A CUSTOM QUOTE Private group and retreat breathwork experiences are booked by request. Pricing varies based on group size, location, session length, preparation, travel, and event format. For in-person sessions outside my local area, travel fees may apply and can include airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and other necessary travel expenses. Please complete the inquiry form with as much detail as possible. I’ll review your request and follow up to confirm availability, discuss the details, and provide a custom quote. PLEASE NOTE: - All participants must be 18+ and in good health to participate. - Sessions are not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment planning. - A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is recommended for private group and retreat bookings.
Cancellation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SERVICES By booking a service with The Breath Nurse, you agree to the following terms and conditions. REFUND POLICY All payments for services and digital products are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided, no partial or full refunds will be issued. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING To cancel or reschedule a session, please do so through your original booking confirmation, your account, or by contacting: hello@thebreathnurse.com. Private 1:1 sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be considered final and non-refundable. Private group, retreat, corporate, team, and custom experiences may require additional notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Specific terms will be provided with your custom quote, invoice, or booking confirmation. TRAVEL-BASED SERVICES For in-person services requiring travel, travel expenses may include airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and other necessary travel-related costs. Any non-refundable travel expenses already booked or paid for are the responsibility of the client or event organizer, even if the service is canceled or rescheduled. If travel arrangements have already been made, the client may be responsible for reimbursing any non-refundable or change-related costs. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS If you do not cancel or reschedule within the required time frame, or if you do not attend your scheduled session, your booking may be considered final and non-refundable. Any exceptions, credits, partial refunds, or rescheduling accommodations are made at the sole discretion of The Breath Nurse. CUSTOM QUOTES & INVOICES Private group, retreat, corporate, team, and custom experiences are confirmed only after the details have been reviewed and agreed upon. Pricing, payment deadlines, cancellation terms, travel fees, and any additional requirements may vary based on the service, location, group size, preparation, and event format. AGREEMENT By confirming your booking or paying an invoice, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
