Shorter formats → quick resets that fit into busy schedules Longer formats → full guided sessions that create space for restoration, leadership, and collective renewal. Each session is tailored to your company’s goals and group dynamics to leave your team clear, calm, and recharged. Yoga mats are provided for up to 20 in Asheville, as needed. Longer formats in-person include aromatherapy and sound healing. Perfect for: Busy teams or wellness breaks. 30 MINUTE CENTERING BREATH SESSION → $275 Flexible session (seated/standing/lying) with calming or energizing practices. Perfect for transitions, pre/post-activity grounding, or short wellness sessions. 60 MINUTE DEEP BREATH RESET (Most Recommended) Full guided transformational breathwork session with grounding, integration, and rest. Perfect for retreats, milestone events, leadership/team building, intentional gatherings, or wellness-focused off-sites. 1–10 participants → $395 11–20 participants → $525 21+ participants → Custom quote 90 MINUTE BREATHWORK WORKSHOP Extended session with intention-setting, full breathwork session, and reflection. Perfect for teams seeking a deeper, more immersive reset. 1–10 participants → $445 11–20 participants → $675 21+ participants → Custom quote 2 HOUR BREATHWORK WORKSHOP Complete experience with grounding, full breathwork session, rest, and integration activities. Perfect for retreat centerpieces, team bonding, or leadership development. 1–10 participants → $525 11–20 participants → $825 21+ participants → Custom quote Additional travel fees may apply. Must be 18+ and in good health to participate.
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Services By booking a services with The Breath Nurse, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Refund Policy All payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Once services are provided, no partial or full refunds will be issued. Cancellation and Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule a session, please do so via your original booking confirmation, your account, or by contacting The Breath Nurse at hello@thebreathnurse.com. With the exception of VIP Day experiences and experiences requiring travel, all bookings must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within this 24-hour window, your booking will be considered final and non-refundable. VIP Day experiences and those requiring travel outside of the Asheville by The Breath Nurse require 48-72 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late Cancellations and No Shows If you do not cancel or reschedule within the required time frame, your booking will be subject to a nonrefundable or partially refundable charge at the sole discretion of The Breath Nurse. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
