PRIVATE 1:1 ONLINE BREATHWORK SESSIONS 60 minutes | Online via Zoom A 60-minute investment in your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being- an opportunity to return to your true nature through the power of your breath. In this private 1:1 session, we’ll begin by checking in on where you’re at in life and what you're currently moving through. From there, we’ll access the medicine of your breath to help release stuck energy, regulate your emotional state, and bring you back into balance. Each session is personalized to your needs and intentions, with intuitive guidance and a custom playlist to support your journey. Whether you're navigating change, seeking clarity, or simply wanting to feel more grounded, this time is just for you. These sessions are designed for transformation- and to help you feel more like you by the end. Sessions are held online via Zoom. Open to all levels- no prior experience with breathwork is necessary. INVESTMENT $155 per session After your first session, clients may choose a discounted 3‑session intro package to build momentum. If you’re ready for more comprehensive support, tiered programs that include deeper transformation options- with personalized breathwork tools, coaching access, and optional VIP experience- are available. Please Note: -Must be 18+ and in good health to participate. -Not recommended if you are pregnant or have a severe unmanaged physical or mental health condition. -Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Services By booking a services with The Breath Nurse, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Refund Policy All payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Once services are provided, no partial or full refunds will be issued. Cancellation and Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule a session, please do so via your original booking confirmation, your account, or by contacting The Breath Nurse at hello@thebreathnurse.com. With the exception of VIP Day experiences and experiences requiring travel, all bookings must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within this 24-hour window, your booking will be considered final and non-refundable. VIP Day experiences and those requiring travel outside of the Asheville by The Breath Nurse require 48-72 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late Cancellations and No Shows If you do not cancel or reschedule within the required time frame, your booking will be subject to a nonrefundable or partially refundable charge at the sole discretion of The Breath Nurse. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
