Service Details
In this 60-minute, private 1-on-1 in-person breathwork session, we will connect on what's important to you before accessing the healing power of your breath to release stuck energy & emotions, reset your nervous system, and elevate your state of being. Sessions take place at Triveda Wellness Center in downtown Asheville, North Carolina. Choose one sliding scale pricing option that feels good to you: $120 $110 $100 $90 $80 Once approved, a separate payment link will be sent to you. Payment must be made prior to session. Must be 18+. *Due to the custom nature of sessions, all private sessions must be reserved a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If you are pregnant or think you may be, or have a severe uncontrolled physical or mental health condition, this practice is strongly not recommended. Unused sessions expire one year after purchase.
