Request to book a 75-minute private group breathwork experience. Perfect for retreats, private gatherings, bachelorette parties, bridal parties, birthdays, and other special or not-so-special occasions. Whether you're friends, family, retreaters, or coworkers, you'll never forget this experience. The Breath Nurse will come to your home, rental, or event space to teach a private, customized breathwork class. Yoga mats included for in-person events in the Asheville, NC area with up to 20 participants. Not enough space at your location for your whole group? No worries! We can schedule your private breathwork experience at a local space for an additional fee. With an intention set by you, your group will access the medicine of their breath to breathe their way to a more joyful, happy, and healthy life! Breathwork helps us return to our true nature where one can expect to experience: better moods and sleep, less stress and anxiety, improved relationships, greater overall happiness and well-being, increased energy and clarity, and so much more! Each session will be personalized to your group, including a custom music playlist and intuitive guidance to spark your inner wisdom. Whether your group is new to breathwork or experienced, these sessions offer an opportunity for growth, healing, and transformation in a supportive environment that will leave everyone feeling more themselves than before. This experience will take place in person at your location of choice in the Asheville, North Carolina area. For in-person areas outside of Asheville, additional travel fees may apply- please contact The Breath Nurse directly at hello@thebreathnurse.com. Rate: Varies based on group, number of participants, duration, etc. Additional fees may apply if a rental space needs to be secure by The Breath Nurse. A flat rate may be negotiated. Once bookings are accepted, a custom quote and custom payment link will be sent that will include any additional charges (ex: rental space or travel fees). Payment must be made prior to the event.
