In this 60-minute, private 1-on-1 RESET Breathwork session, we will connect on what's important to you before accessing the healing power of your breath to release stuck energy & emotions, reset your nervous system, and elevate your state of being. These sessions are for first timers and past coaching clients only. Perfect for trying out private breathwork or for a quick reset. All sessions will take place online over Zoom. For in-person sessions, please inquire with The Breath Nurse. Pay with an existing plan (past clients only) or choose one sliding scale pricing option that feels good to you: $100 $90 $80 $70 $60 Must be 18+. *Due to the custom nature of sessions, all private sessions must be reserved a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If you are pregnant or think you may be, or have a severe uncontrolled physical or mental health condition, this practice is strongly not recommended. Unused sessions expire one year after purchase.
