In these 60-minute, private one-on-one breathwork sessions, we'll connect on where you're at in life presently before accessing the medicine of your breath to release stuck energy & emotions, recalibrate your nervous system, and elevate your state of well-being. Through breathwork, you’ll return to your true nature where you can expect to experience: better moods and sleep, less stress and anxiety, improved relationships, greater overall happiness and well-being, increased energy and clarity, and so much more! Every session will be personalized to you, including a custom music playlist and intuitive guidance to spark your inner wisdom. Whether you're new to breathwork or experienced, these sessions offer an opportunity for growth, healing, and transformation in a supportive environment that will leave you feeling more you than before. Sessions take place at Triveda Wellness Center in downtown Asheville, North Carolina or at your location within or outside the Asheville vicinity at special request. Must be 18+ and in good health to participate. Single sessions are as follows: Sliding Scale Single Sessions- choose a sliding scale pricing option that feels good to you: $120 $110 $100 $90 $80 Once approved, a separate payment link will be sent to you. Payment must be made prior to session. *Due to the custom nature of sessions, all private sessions must be reserved a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If you are pregnant or think you may be, or have a severe uncontrolled physical or mental health condition, this practice is strongly not recommended. Unused sessions expire one year after purchase.*
