Private 1:1 Breathwork

Service Description

In this 60-minute, private 1-on-1 RESET Breathwork session, you will access the healing power of your breath to release stuck energy & emotions, reset your nervous system, and elevate your state of being. This session will take place online over Zoom. Investment: $90 per session OR Discounted multi-session packages (expire within one year, schedule sessions at your own pace): 10% off three sessions- $243 15% off five sessions- $383 *Due to the custom nature of sessions, all private sessions must be reserved a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If you are pregnant or think you may be, or have a severe uncontrolled physical or mental health condition, this practice is strongly not recommended. Unused sessions expire one year after purchase.
