A complimentary 15-30 minute connection call with The Breath Nurse to connect and discuss planning for a 60-120 minute private group breathwork session or workshop. With an intention set by you, your group will access the transformational power of their breath to release stuck energy & emotions, break patterns & mindsets, reset the nervous system, create a deeper sense of connection, and elevate their state of being. Whether you're friends, family, retreaters, or coworkers, you'll never forget this experience. This workshop will take place online over Zoom or in person at your location of choice.
