Service Details
PRIVATE 1:1 IN-PERSON BREATHWORK SESSIONS 60 minutes | Asheville, NC and surrounding areas (within 20+ mile radius- including Madison & Yancey counties) A 60-minute investment in your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being- an opportunity to reconnect with your true nature through the healing power of your breath. In this private 1:1 session, we’ll begin with a check-in to explore where you are in life and what you're ready to shift. From there, you'll be guided through a conscious connected breathwork journey to release tension, clear emotional blocks, and bring your system back into alignment. Each premium session is customized to your needs and includes a personalized playlist, intuitive guidance, aromatherapy, sound healing, and therapeutic touch (with consent)- creating a multi-sensory experience to support deep transformation. Whether you’re new to breathwork or experienced, this is your time to release, restore, and return home to yourself. Sessions take place in a peaceful private suite at Triveda Wellness Center in downtown Asheville, at another suitable local space, or at your location in or around Asheville upon request. INVESTMENT $185 per session After your first session, clients may choose a discounted 3‑session intro package to build momentum. If you’re ready for more comprehensive support, tiered programs that include deeper transformation options- with personalized breathwork tools, coaching access, and optional VIP experience- are available. Please Note: -Must be 18+ and in good health to participate. -Not recommended if you are pregnant or have a severe unmanaged physical or mental health condition. -Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Services By booking a services with The Breath Nurse, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Refund Policy All payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Once services are provided, no partial or full refunds will be issued. Cancellation and Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule a session, please do so via your original booking confirmation, your account, or by contacting The Breath Nurse at hello@thebreathnurse.com. With the exception of VIP Day experiences and experiences requiring travel, all bookings must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within this 24-hour window, your booking will be considered final and non-refundable. VIP Day experiences and those requiring travel outside of the Asheville by The Breath Nurse require 48-72 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late Cancellations and No Shows If you do not cancel or reschedule within the required time frame, your booking will be subject to a nonrefundable or partially refundable charge at the sole discretion of The Breath Nurse. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
