Service Details
A 60-minute investment in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health by returning back to your true nature through your breath. In this private one-on-one breathwork session, we'll connect on where you're at in life before accessing the medicine of your breath to recalibrate your nervous system, release stuck energy & emotions, and enhance your state of well-being. Each premium session is personalized to you and includes a custom playlist, aromatherapy, therapeutic touch, sound healing, and intuitive guidance to spark your inner knowing and wisdom. Whether you're new to breathwork or experienced, these sessions offer an opportunity for transformation. In the end, you'll feel more like you than before. Sessions take place in a beautiful private suite at Triveda Wellness Center in downtown Asheville, North Carolina, another suitable location, or at your location in or around Asheville at your request. Must be 18+ and in good health to participate. Investment: $185 per session or 3 sessions for $499 *If you are pregnant or think you may be, or have a severe uncontrolled physical or mental health condition, this practice is strongly not recommended. *Due to the custom nature of sessions, all private sessions must be reserved a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Unused sessions expire one year after purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Services By booking a services with The Breath Nurse, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Refund Policy All payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Once services are provided, no partial or full refunds will be issued. Cancellation and Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule a session, please do so via your original booking confirmation, your account, or by contacting The Breath Nurse at hello@thebreathnurse.com. With the exception of VIP Day experiences and experiences requiring travel, all bookings must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within this 24-hour window, your booking will be considered final and non-refundable. VIP Day experiences and those requiring travel outside of the Asheville are by The Breath Nurse require 48-72 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late Cancellations and No Shows If you do not cancel or reschedule within the required time frame, your booking will be subject to a nonrefundable or partially refundable charge at the sole discretion of The Breath Nurse. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
